This BB Hardware Adjustable Threshold or Floor Mount Bottom Free-Swinging Pivot provides 3/16″ (5 mm) height adjustment, and is ideal for use with our PH10C, PH11C, and EUR410 Bottom Door Patch Fittings. This pivot provides a 220 lb. (100 kg) weight capacity to support average doors commonly used with Patch Fittings. A brushed stainless Cover Plate is provided to finish the installation. The minimal clearance is 3/8″ and this can be adjusted 3/16″ for a possible total clearance of 9/16.”
